Hello all, hope you've had a great summer, as always let's start by thanking you once again for some fantastic gigs in August at the Arizona Crossing, The River Rooms and The Fox, you blew us away as always and we really appreciate your continued support. On to September and we start with a new venue for us, The Prince Of Wales Theatre in Cannock on 17th September, tickets can be purchasd from the box office on 01543 578762, It promises to be a excellent night and we're looking forward to our debut in a theatre venue, Next we return to the Regis Hall Old Hill on  Saturday 18th September before rounding off the month at the River Rooms, Friday 24th September, Hope you can make it along,

Here we are again and it's half way through the year already!! And what a year we've had so far, thanks to all of you, July was another great month with sell out shows at the Fox and Pier 39 plus another fantastic turn out at the Robin to round off the month. As always, we really appreciate your continued support.

August sees us make our debut at the Arizona Crossing, Kingswinford on Friday 6th, another great local venue which will hopefully become another regular night so come down join the fun and party with us. On to the Bank Holiday weekend, what better excuse for a party than an extra day off work?!? On Friday 27th we play the River Rooms, Stourbridge, those of you that are regulars know what a fantastic venue this is, with a dj on till 2 am following our performance it's the only way to kick off your bank holiday weekend. Finally, we round off the month at the Fox, Stourton, Bank holiday Monday 30th August, there will be four bands playing throughout the day with our performance closing the event on the evening, for more details and tickets call; 01384 872614. We look forward to sharing the summer with you and hope you can make it along to see us.

Hello again, well summer is here and it's hot, hot  hot! as always thanks for your continued support throughout June, we had  great nights at Knights Quest, 12th and Jb's on 25th and an excellent debut at the Jolly Tar on 26th, thanks to all of you for sharing your weekends with us.

On to July we return to The Fox, Stourton on Saturday 3rd and then another new venue, Pier 39 in Sutton on Tuesday 13th before our summer party at the Robin, Bilston on Saturday 24th. We're keeping busy with a few private functons throughout July also so we look forward to bringing some 80's magic to your summer, see you out there!

As for kick up the 80's we are glad to be back once again at the Knight's Quest on saturday 12th June, and also make a welcome return to JB's in Dudley on Friday 25th June before making our debut at a new venue, the Jolly Tar in Nantwhich on Saturday 26th June, we're hoping this will be a chance for our fans from the now sadly closed down Limelight club to get to see us again, we are always on the look out for new venues, if you know of any places in your area where you would like us to play drop us a line kickupthe80s@hotmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

 Hello everyone. Once again we have been Blown Away by the FANTASTIC turn out at the Robin 2, Bilston on 24th April, the vision of you guys enjoying our show, clapping and singing along is incredible to witness from the stage and we thank each and every one of you for your continued support. We hope we can recreate some of that atmosphere with our sister project when we play the Robin on Friday, June 18th as "Big Up the 90's", we'd love to see you all come down and party with us if you can.

This month we return to the River Rooms on Friday 7th May, another great Midlands venue and this time we're bringing along "Big Up the 90's" as support act, with a few private functions throughout May this is the only open night to see us before June, so come along if you can and get a double dose of partying action!

Hello all, just a quick note to thank everyone for a fantastic sold out show at The Fox, Stourton on the 3rd, this was our first vsit here and we had a brilliant time look forward to seeing you all again soon. On to April now and we've been working on some new tunes which we'll be debuting at this months gigs, we start with The Fox in Stourton, Saturday 3rd, a new venue for us so come along and show us what a party crowd you all are, then at the end of the month we return to and old favourite, The Robin 2, Bilston on Saturday 24th April, along with a fantastic Blondie tribute we hope to Kick start the spring with another great party night for you, these dates always prove popular so book your tickets now and avoid missing out.......

Moving on to February we return to the River Rooms in Stourbridge, on Friday 5th, an excellent venue with plenty of room to dance the night away following a spectacular refit last year, come along and see for yourselves, Saturday 6th see's us back at Bridgnorth Sports Centre, the last 2 times we've played here it's been a great night out.

Hi everyone, well we're right in the middle of our sold out December dates, a brilliant end to our 10th annivesary year and we want to thank ALL of you who have shared these nights with us, and of course throughout our last 10 years, for dancing and singing along with us every gig, you have been FANtastic, as a little thank you we have added the FAN GALLERY page, dedicated to all those of you who take the time to dress up in full 80's regalia when you attend our shows, we'll be out and about in the crowd at all the upcoming venues armed with cameras to capture the magnificent costumes you wear and share them with those who visit this site. Coming up we have the final date in our 10th year at The Robin 2 Bilston on New Years Eve, there are still some tickets available and we promise it will be a spectacular end to the year,  Big Up The 90's will kick the evening off in true style and we will be giving away t-shirts to the "Best Dressed" on the night, so put on your 80's party gear and join us for a new years eve to remember!

Hi everyone, here we are again and the party season is just about to "Kick" off!! As we told you last month a lot of our dates for December have already sold out so there are only a couple of chances to catch us before we turn 11 in 2010! First up is The Thorns on Thursday 10th and there are still a few spaces for New Years eve at the Robin 2 Bilston.This will also feature a support set from Big Up The 90's featuring all you favourite 90's tunes along with costume changes and some "special guest" appearances. Hope you can make it along to celebrate the festive season with us.

Hi again, another month arrives and we 're back at JB's this Friday 6th November should be a great night so get down there and keep yourselves warm with plenty of dancing!

Looking further ahead, as we bring our 10th anniversary year to a close, if you check out our gig guide you'll notice we have a few shows during December that have already sold out,  We'd like to thank all of you who have already booked for these venues and promise to deliver an extra special night of entertainment. As this is the "party season" we understand everyone is looking for a great, fun night out to celebrate so we can only apologise if you hadn't already got your tickets for these events. However, All is not lost and you haven't missed out on the chance of catching us live before we turn"11"!  so far you can still see us at The Thorns, Quarry Bank on 10th December and there are a few tickets still available for Walsall FC on 21st December, and our new years eve show at the Robin 2, Bilston on 31st, but to avoid disappointment be quick as we are told they are all selling fast!

Hi all, welcome back, well we're all rested and ready to return to action this month following our summer break, come along and check out the tans!

first off we're at the Knight's Quest Rowley Regis, Saturday 5th September, then we return to the Thorns, Quarry Bank on Sunday 13th finally this month we make our debut at the Pavillions on the Stafford Road in Wolverhampton on Friday 25th September.

We're off on our "Summer of '69"  break now, thanks for giving us the "time of our lives" so far this year, we had a great turn out at JB's on 24th July which was "perfect" and Old Oscott was a "happy hour" too, thanks for all "dancing on the ceiling"! If you "just can't get enough", we return to "stand and deliver" some more live action at the Knights Quest, Rowley Regis on September 5th, so for now "we close our eyes" and "relax". Please keep the "faith" and "don't you forget about us" whilst we're away "down under".

Hi everyone, we just want to say a few words about the dates we've played so far in July, first of all thanks to all involved in the help for heroes charity event on the 4th, it was a resounding success and we really enjoyed performing for you all, see you next year.

Next up another great night at the Limelight, good to hear you all singing along, and can we just welcome Simon to his new role as manager of the venue, best of luck mate and thanks for looking after us, see you all again on November 28th.

Our debut at the Kingfisher was also a great night, well organised by Dave at Retro productions, thanks guys for taking good care of us, (loved the burgers!) and to all of you there who were dancing ALL night long, a special thanks also to The 7-Teez for their hour long set of seventie classics, (check them out at www.the7teez.co.uk)look forward to working with the band and retro productions again in the future.

And now to the Robin on the 18th, what can we say, you guys are amazing, looking and sounding brilliant once again, thanks to Sean and Mike and of course the fantastic lasgne! see you all on October 3rd.
